According to OSHA 1910.137(b)(2)(ii) – Insulating equipment shall be inspected for damage before each day’s use and immediately following any incident that can reasonably be suspected of having caused damage. Insulating gloves shall be given an air test, along with the inspection.
No straps or bands required for Class 00 and Class 0 inspections. Class 1 gloves may or may not need the Velcro® strap depending on overall glove length. Classes 2-4 should use included Velcro® strap. Strap and drawstring storage bag included with Cementex glove inflator.
